I’ve spent more than twenty years leading sales teams and commercial functions across manufacturing, distribution, engineering, technology, and business services. I’ve held senior roles at RS Components, IMI Norgren, and Zilliant, and since founding Meridian Sales Leadership I’ve worked as a consulting sales director with organisations across a range of sectors.

Alongside this, I’m a certified NLP coach, which shapes how I work with leaders at a deeper level. It allows me to go beyond process and performance, and focus on mindset, behaviour, and the patterns that drive results.
