Paul Umpleby brings more than twenty years of experience leading sales teams and commercial functions across manufacturing, distribution, engineering, technology, and business services. He has held senior roles at RS Components, IMI Norgren, and Zilliant. Since founding Meridian Sales Leadership, he has worked as a fractional sales director, supporting organisations across a wide range of sectors and commercial environments.
Alongside his commercial leadership background, Paul is also a certified NLP coach. This adds another dimension to the way he works with leaders, helping move beyond process and performance metrics alone to focus on mindset, behaviour, leadership habits, and the patterns that influence results over time.
